Coco's MVP Guide: Orc Hero

Welcome my MVP Guide featuring Orc Hero.

Points to remember when using this guide:

  1. This is an introductory guide for beginners who are new to MVP.
  2. This guide shows you the easiest and safest technique to kill the MVP
  3. There maybe better ways to take down the MVP.
  4. All the screenshots are from RMS Test Server.
  5. Please ignore the max-HP and damage from the screenshots as they were increased to help with the screenshot process.
  6. Remember the CC Rights and mention the Source.

Orc Hero

Very easy MVP if done right. The drops are super useful for a Whitesmith and it spawn in 2 maps!

Skills:

Thunderstorm: A skill similar to Mages but does slightly higher damage. It is easily tankable when the MVP is not in Power-Up mode. A Dokebi Armor would be very helpful if you are doing this MVP with Safety Wall.
Damage(un-geared): 200-250 each strike

Spiral Pierce: A troublesome skill. It does pretty neat damage and can kill an un-geared Whitesmith pretty easily. Try to avoid this skill when it enters Power-Up State. The skill can be avoided using Pneuma.
Damage without Power-UP (un-geared): 11-15k
Damage with Power-UP (un-geared): 32-38k

Two-Hand Quicken: A very annoying skill especially when you consider its 8 High-Orc slaves. Try to bring down its mob count to 3 or use Quagmire on the MVP.

Power-Up: Orc-Hero uses Power-Up when it hits 30% HP. Try bringing a sage to Dispel it or get your pots ready.

Useful Drops:

  • Giganto Axe
  • Light Epsilon
  • Shield[1]
  • Heroic Emblem

Best Classes for Orc Hero:
  1. Asura Monk(Portal Asura)
  2. Whitesmith + High Priest + Crusader(Devotion)
  3. Wizard(with bragi) + High Priest + Steel-Body Monk

Class Guide:

Monk:

Monks are probably the easiest characters to kill Orc Hero. Just lure the MVP to the portal and Asura it to death.
  • Memo the MVP portals.

  • Lure the MVP to portal.
  • Lex, Asura and repeat.

Whitesmith / Knight:

I is quite easy to Duo-Solo the MVP as a Whitesmith or a LK. However, I strongly suggest bringing a Devotion Crusader if you are inexperienced.

  •  Spot the MVP and set-up your safety wall and sanctuary.

  • Lure the MVP to the Safety Wall and Devo the killer.

  • Start attacking the MVP.

  • Don't stop if the Devo dies from Power-Up Spiral/Thunderstorm. Res, devo and take it down as fast as possible.

Wizard / Ranged DPS:
  • Spot the MVP and set-up safety wall. Safety Wall is necessary to avoid knock-back from High Orcs.
  • Lure  the MVP and Steel Body.
  • Keep the MVP aggro by attacking it with Steel-body monk.
  • Kill the MVP using Ranged Attacks/ Storm Gust.

Average Kill Time:

Whitesmith: 1-3 Minutes

Champion: 1-2 Minutes

Wizard: 2-3 Minutes

Good luck to all the Whitesmiths farming the Giganto Axe.
