Coco's Whitesmith Leveling Guide

Heya!!

Welcome to my Whitesmith leveling guide.

Things to know before you start:
  1. I am assuming you are continuing from my Blackmith Guide.
  2. This guide is intended for complete beginners.
  3. This guide assumes you have 5x Drop Rates. If your drop rates are low, try to go to alternative leveling spots.
  4. All screen-shots are from RMS Test Server.
  5. Please respect the CC rights and mention the source if you are re-posting the guide.

Congrats on hitting 99 on your Blacksmith. Before you start going into Whitesmith phase there are few things you should  have done as a Blacksmith. Here is the list:

  • Have at-least 2-5m zeny with you. If you leveled on Hill-Winds you should probably have ~8m zeny.
  • Decide on the build and future equips. You can refer to my Whitesmith Build Guide.
  • Keep a close eye on market. You should know the prices of the WOE cards and items.
  • Buy 1 Zipper-Bear Card.
  • Make a Priest friend to help you with MVP.
  • Complete the Ice-Necklace Quest until the last step.

Rebirth

Head to Yuno and bring only 1285000 zeny with you. Don't forget to remove the cart.

I have seen many people walking around to reach the the Heart Piece. There is a way shorter technique to get to the required room.
  • Head into the portal and reach the following room.

  • Move South into the portal.

  • If its not the spiral room, move north into the Portal.

  • Keep doing that until you get to the Spiral Staircase room.

Novice:

Head to Spores and get your job 10.

Merchant:

Submit your Ice Necklace to reach Blvl 60.

If you farmed sharp leafs as a Blacksmith, you could use them to get yourself to job 50. Else, do the Crow of Destiny and Juno Remedy to get your job levels. I strongly suggest your get to job 50 before you change to Whitesmith.

Whitesmith!!

Congratulations on turning to a Whitesmith. You should have the following stats:

Job 1-30:

You should go back to Hill Winds or Les and get your first few jobs. If you have not completed the Crow of Destiny and Juno Remedy quest, now is the right time to do it.

Base 70-80:

Once you get your Cart Termination, you can finally say goodbye to Hill Winds.

Enter Mavka. These pretty plants have amazing drops and by-far the best monster to level your Whitesmith. On a 5x drop server you should be making 1-2m per 30 mins. Do not worry about the frequent Inn return. Its normal and gets better as you level up.

Some servers have Witherless Rose nerfed. This is completely fine as the main drop should be Crystal Mirror. These mirrors cover your CT costs and give you zeny needed for your MVP Runs. Mavkas also provide you with plenty Blue Herbs which you should brew into Blue Pots.

Base 80-85:

Once you get to 80, you should have pretty decent amount of money and should start hunting your gears. The first item I would suggest is to get a Magni's Cap. This gives a good Str bonus and much needed Def. Next, you should get your hands on Meteor Plate. It is a bit harder to get but should help you until you get your Diabolus Armor. Keep an eye on Bathory Card and buy it immediately.

Seeker:

It is not time to hunt your first Axe i.e Bardichi. Do the Rachel Quest and head over to Seeker. It should be a 1% drop and cost you around 200-400k(CT) to get one. You should also stop using Monster Feed and start using White Potions from this point. Seekers have a range of 6 cells while CT has a range of 2 cells. Using Agi-Up you should be able to kill the Seeker while taking only 1 hit.

To reach seeker, use the south portal on the First Floor. Keep going back and into the portal until you spawn to the left of the portal. This is the Seeker Map. Fly-Wing and kill them.

Base 85-99:

Once you reach 85 and can use Berserk Potion, you should stop the focus on leveling and concentrate on getting skilled and geared as a Whitesmith. Remember, a lvl 90 skilled Whitesmith is way better than a 99 unskilled and ungeared Whitesmith.

Whitesmiths are pure DPS Classes and are very efficient killers. This class is mainly aimed at solo-play for leveling. They hardly bring anything to party and are rejected by most parties.

Instead of giving you 1-2 methods of leveling, I am going to show you all the mobs you could solo for Exp. All these monsters spots can be Memo-ed or are easily accessible which makes it easier to use Inn and return back to the field.

MVP Runs:

The first MVP you should start off with is Atroce. It is the easiest MVP and can be completed without using a single White Potion. Aspresio and Bardiche lets you do ~10k damage per CT. You can follow my Atroce Guide if you are having problems.

After Atroce, the next MVP should be Evil Snake Lord. This MVP is never camped, so you could always go and kill it when it spawns. ESL will help you to learn spam White Potions while tanking with Safety Wall.

If you have a Devotion friend with you, you could try Orc Hero and get your Giganto Axe.

Once you have the Giganto, you can try Mid-Tier MVP and keep aiming for stronger ones.

High-Experience Mobs:

These mobs are generally focused on giving you the best Exp/hr. However, leveling on these monster usually requires you to spend money for your CT and Healing items.

Kasa

One of the best mob for leveling. You can start killing these when you reach 90. Kasa can be killed without Pasana but you will be spending more money on Potions. Try to get a Swordfish card and Fireproof Potions to reduce damage. Do not spend money on Pasana as Kasa drop Fire Armor and you can switch to it.

Drops: Fire Armor, Staff of Piercing and Burning Bow

HillsLion / Tatacho

Hillslion and Tatacho give same exp as Kasa but are slightly easier as they get stunned very frequently. Use anti-brute shield and Asumptio to tank their initial damage.

Drops: Sprint Shoes, Lunakaligo

Cecil Damon / Kathryne Keyron

A really good monster with amazing Exp. However, you do require some help to clear the ledge area to camp the instant-spawn spot. Having a Strong Shield really helps avoiding the Charge-Arrow and StormGust knockback.

Drops: Cecil Damon Card

Gold Acidius

You will be burning good amount of Zeny in Abyss 3 but the Exp is phenomenal. Keep you High Priest is a safe spot to rebuff.

Drops: Stone-Buckler

Incarnation of Morroc(Spirit)

You could either finish them using CT or use 2-3 CT and normal attack. Using complete CT is a bit faster and Diabolus Rings sell for a lot of zeny.

Drops: Diabolus Ring

Banshee

They are not as good as Kasa, but are easier to kill. The items dropped by Banshee make up for the CT costs.

Drops: Orleans Gown, Mes and Wool Scarf

Frus / Skogul

The lowest end of Exp Monsters. The only noteworthy drop is the Earring.

Drops: Earring

Balanced Monsters:

These monsters have a good balance between Zeny and Exp. You should spend most of your Whitesmith life on these monsters.

Mavka

One of the best monsters to level on. They have amazing drops and require just a Two-Handed Axe to kill them.

Zeny Required: 3k-4.5k
Drops: Crystal Mirror, Witherless Rose, Blue Herb and Principles of Magic.

Pinguicula

A nice replacement for Les. The Sharp Leafs and Brown Root pay for the CT and Huge Leaf is a bonus zeny item.

Zeny Required: 1.5k
Drops: Sharp Leaf and Huge Leaf

Incubus/Succubus

Many people have a misconception that you require an Ice-Pick for Geffenia. It is very possible to do it by using Giganto-Axe. Moreover, you need very high-end equips like BSB or Str food to 1-hit Incubus with an Icepick.
The Mastela Fruits and White herbs should cover the CT money. You should be aiming for Incubus card and Incubus Horn which sell for 6m+ and 2m+ respectively. The Blue Potions, Rings and Crystal Pumps are added bonus to Zeny.

Zeny Required: 4.5k
Drops: Mastela Fruit, White Herb, Blue Potion, Crystal Pumps, Rings, Incubus Card and Incubus/Succubus Horns.

Enchanted Peach Tree

A real good mob to farm your SP Items. The Honey and Dead Branch should pay for the CT and you could keep the Royal Jelly for MVP.

Zeny Required: 1.5k
Drops: Royal Jelly, Honey and Dead Branch

Hodremlin

A nice mob to duo farm with a Priest. Lex and use lvl 5 CT. Magnificat and Prickly Fruit should help with the SP.

Zeny Required: 1k
Drops: Bloody Rune, Witched Starsand and Hodremlin Card

Sleeper

Although using Icepick is preferable if you are farming Zeny, Giganto-Axe does the job. Breaking great natures gives back the money spent on CT.

Zeny Required: 3k
Drops: Great Nature

Kaho/Explosion

On a 5x server these mobs drops R.Ori/R.Elu at 50%. That is pretty good money considering you can kill them in 1 hit.

Zeny Required: 1.5k
Drops: R.Oridecon, R.Elunium, Mastela Fruit , Explosion Card and Kaho Card.

Filler Mobs

If you have farmed a lot of zeny and would like to gamble it on getting cards/rare items, you should try killing the following monsters:

Penomena

You will need to hunt 300 of them for Geffenia Quest. If you are really lucky you could get a card which is very helpful in Thors.

Raydric

A really good mob to bet your money on. You can easily 1-shot them using Giganto and Aspresio. Elu, Chainmail, Iron Cain and Raydric Card makes this place very profitable.

Owl Baron/Duke

Another good mob which helps you get some zeny. Farm the Soft Feathers, buy Beret for ~200k and sell the Feather Beret for 1m+

Mutant Dragonoid

Try to kill few of these for Dragon Breath. Pyroxene and Legacy of Dragon are good alternate drops.

Arc-Angeling

Pretty easy mob and is never camped. Angel wings, Evil wings and Full-Plate[1] are quite good.

Abysmal Knight

I prefer having a Combat Knife or an Ice Pick for them. The Elunium and Oridecon cover half the CT costs and the card is very valuable.

Bloody Knight

Always kill this one on sight. The Strong Shield is very valuable and helps a lot on MVP with Knockback.

Executioner / Mysteltainn / Ogretoth

Do not ignore these mobs in Geffenia. You could end up with weapons which sells for good zeny.

Orc Archer

Try killing these if Orc Archer Bow sells for 4m+

Mini-Valk

Try camping it along with a Priest and a Wizard(Quagmire).

Ungnoliant

It hardly takes 10k to kill this one. Even if you sell the Boots[1] for 100k, you still make a profit.

Green Ferus

Similar to Raydric but drops nothing else apart from the card.

Quest Experience:

Although hunting MVP and High-Tier monsters should be your main method of leveling, don't forget the quest experience rewards. Some quests are very easy and give you 1-5m exp. Also, the quests in New World give you excellent food items if you turn-in the drops.

End~

I hope you have enjoyed reading my guide. This guide is intended to help you improve your gameplay and add more knowledge on Whitesmith Class. Good luck in being the best MVPer on your server.
